A word from the roaster: You have come to a page where there are no bad choices. If a coffee makes it into my inventory, it has done so out of an extensive and highly selective process of sampling. For each coffee represented, I have sampled five+ from the same region. I am also part of a coffee buying club where roasters recommend coffees that stand out from any given importer. So the coffees from which you are choosing are consistently the best coffees available. Proceed without caution!
